Cities Public Transit requires certain information from
its passengers in order to perform daily rides
effectively and to submit reports to the SD Department
of Transportation. Such information includes addresses,
phone and Medicaid numbers, birth dates and ethnicity.
Our passengers privacy is extremely important to us and
it is our policy not to disclose any personal, medical,
or financial information to any third parties unless
required by law, to complete reports or billing Medicaid
rides.
