the day prior - to receive your discounted fare.

you are scheduling a first time medical trip please

Medicaid Ride Voucher - download and complete
the form and send with your first ride request.

When
calling for an out-of-town medical ride please call
at least
2 days in advance of the trip to allow RCPT staff to
call Medicaid and get the required preapproval.

cancelling a ride, please call at least 2 hours in
advance of the pick-up time to avoid getting charged
with a no show.
